Communication of Hospitality - Transfer of Property to Non-EU Citizens

This type of appointment is aimed exclusively at all those who host foreigners.

Foreign residents, non-EU citizens, must notify the Public Security Authority within 48 hours of hospitality only (whatever the period of hospitality). These declarations, made by the owner of the property, are required by law. In case of omission of the declaration or false declaration, sanctions are foreseen.
Requirements According to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998, Consolidated Law on the provisions concerning immigration regulations and regulations on the condition of foreigners.

There are three ways to submit this declaration:

1. L’ospitante si reca presso l’Ufficio Immigrazione del Commissariato di Marsala insieme allo straniero che deve ospitare, producendo la documentazione necessaria.
2. L’intera documentazione può essere inviata tramite PEC all’indirizzo del Commissariato di Marsala. dipps185.5300@pecps.poliziadistato.it (Risparmio della Carta – ECOLOGICAL CHOICE)
3. Tramite Raccomandata con Ricevuta di Ritorno.

Necessary documentation:

• Copy of the alien's residence permit or receipt certifying the initiation of the application or renewal procedure, copy of the passport and / or other identity document if in possession;
• Copy of the identity document of the owner of the property;
• In case of delegation to a third person, a copy of the document of the person presenting the declaration and of the owner of the property, as well as a proxy certifying the impediments;
• Copy of the communication of hospitality and in case of rent, copy of the latter;
• Copy of housing suitability. [Hospitality Communication;]
• Document certifying ownership of the property.

The day for these types of requests is Martedì – Mercoledì – Giovedì – Venerdì.
